After a little dabbling in playing piano, Alan decided that he should leave the playing to the professionals. He also realised that there are some great personalities in the music world and has been building up a folio of some of Australia’s established and emerging musicians. Alan regularly works each year for the Falls Festival capturing its amazing music and atmosphere. This gallery represents some of the portraits and band shots that Alan has taken. His music images have appeared in various newspapers and magazines around the globe and are also used as marketing images for some high profile acts such as Billy Bragg and Xavier Rudd.
