Burnie is a really pretty little city. I was surprised, I have spent many young years hanging out with my Nan in Burnie but it’s been a while since I actully spent time there.
Of course, when it came time to shoot Carla and Brock’s engagement portrait I ended up finding a dodgy area out the back of a dodgy pub. Still, these guys are getting married at Quamby so having shots in such a contrasting location appealed. And it was pretty fun too, climbing condemed stairs, braving walking under crumbling carports and exploring how we can use shopping trollies for a prop.
