I have hundreds of photos of me with my grandparents, if you looked at them all together you will see that most of them are taken at special occasions like birthdays and Christmas. I’m grateful to have them but I do wish I had more than just forced sitting on the couch photos smiling at the camera (I was mostly pulling faces)
So i’m always thrilled to get to photograph multiple generations in the one session. The Picking’s got both sets of grandparents in on the fun down in Black Rock, close to where both sets of grandparents live. And to add that extra bit of memory factor to the photos, they were taken in a park that the kids regularly visit with their grandparents.
So a bit special all around.
