The Village Store and More was one of our favourite spots to go for breakfast or just coffee. Located in St Helens I remember first exploring the store wondering if it was going to be any good. Hearing some semi-obscure Australian Indie band playing loudly set the mood and it followed with great coffee and killer food. Everytime we went back with out fail it was the same but the music kept changing. To hear on the radio this morning that the store burnt to the ground last night was devastating. I did yell at the radio. Can not start to think how Nick and Marika are going through at the moment. If you know a way to contact them, please pass on our bestest of wishes to them. To be honest, no idea why we need to go to St Helens anymore, we only went for the store.
